While interacting with commercial buildings, industrial facilities, offices, and institutions, he noticed a recurring concern—fire safety was often treated as a statutory requirement rather than a critical responsibility. Many fire protection systems lacked proper maintenance, compliance, and professional attention, creating a significant gap between operational excellence and life safety.

Instead of overlooking this challenge, Rupesh decided to become part of the solution.

He underwent professional firefighting and fire safety training to gain practical knowledge of fire prevention, protection systems, and statutory compliance.
